The mouthfeel is full of concentrated apple and pear fruit flavours with tones of vanilla and sweet spice from oak aging. With the Argentine?s elevated vineyards, the Chardonnay vines experience intense sunlight days and very cool and crisp nights, a sizeable temperature shift that preserves the fruit?s incredible acidity while still giving us full, ripe flavors. The result is a lush, complex,?food-friendly?Chardonnay that features tropical and citrus notes and a refreshing palate, with added weight from partial malolactic fermentation and subtle oak aging.
